Jared Odongo Okech is a highly experienced professional with an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Business Studies from Kenyatta University. He has served in leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Kenya Commercial Bank, and is a ranking member of the Insurance Regulatory Authority, contributing to the oversight and development of regulatory frameworks in the insurance sector in Kenya.

Jared is also a member of the Global Health Institute with wide knowledge and research expertise in public health, investments, insurance, change management, and agro-business financing. He has taught management courses at the university level and has led numerous training programs across the financial and insurance sectors. As a consultant, Jared has supported strategic initiatives in agriculture and health across Uganda, with a strong focus on gender integration, strategic change management, and institutional capacity building. He has also conducted extensive research and consultancy work in Kenya on health systems, youth and adolescent empowerment, and cross-sectoral collaboration with young professionals across East Africa. His work is grounded in strategic thinking, operational leadership, and a passion for transformative development.

Dr. Irene Awuor Owuor (PhD) is a passionate educator, mentor, gender & social development enthusiast. She holds a PhD in Community Resource Management from Kenyatta University, a Master of Arts Degree in Development Studies (Specializing in Population, Poverty & Social Development) from International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam and a postgraduate Diploma in Leadership for Community Development from ESAMI, Arusha Tanzania among other professional qualifications.

She is an experienced University lecturer with hands-on experience in capacity development, curriculum development, documents review, designing & conducting research. She also previously managed community programs successfully while working for various NGOs in the non-profit sector. Irene is highly experienced in designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research (social and academic) with excellent report writing & information dissemination skills. Irene has conducted research in the areas of Sexual & Gender-based Violence, Gender Equality & Social Inclusion (GESI), Livelihoods, Financial Inclusion, Public Health, Child rights, Needs Assessment, Community Resource Management among others. Irene works well in both multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural settings. She is an adaptable and reliable team player who values humanity, inclusivity, diversity and fair access to opportunities.
